There are millions of people living with HIV and AIDS, because of practising healthy life style and consistent with their ARvs they are living a healthy and normal life like any other human being without the virus.
I don't think Arvs have a side effect,the only thing i know is that if you default the the ARvs it where you can find your self being affected by getting sick
